A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the above association was held on March 21st, 2023.

1. A quorum was declared present based on the presence of the following New Board Members, Hector Guerra, Michael Smith, Rocio Casillas, Sergio Fragoso, Jesus de la Garza, and Gonzalo Trevino.
2. The following board actions were taken as consideration of the new board familiarizing with the new items that were brought for concern.
3. Smith will oversee the pumps working with Mr. Martin Lopez who is responsible for the maintenance of the pumps.
4. Gonzalo Trevino will oversee the Zelle and the Bank change for the HOA.
5. Gonzalo Treviño will make the change from Bank from IBC to Wells Fargo in order to have the different electronic methods of payments for the HOA owners.
6. The board voted to create a business account at Wells Fargo Bank, the president Héctor Guerra, and treasurer Luly Salinas will be the authorized signers.
7. Hector Guerra- will oversee the security cameras with Muzquiz company, also will find the HOA google earth map to have accurate knowledge on the property’s boundaries as well making a presentation to remodel the HOA house.
8. Jesus de la Garza will oversee PUB in order to change to the new bank account that Mr. Gonzalo Trevino will provide.
9. Sergio Fragoso will oversee the lawyer and will acquire the duty of taking charge of all the HOA fees.
10. Rocio Casillas will get the contact information of the HOA board members as well as personnel involved with HOA.
